“Explain the problem you faced in any situation and how you solved it ” this is a recurring question of many HR’s, with your answer they will analyze your attitude, perspective, strength and confidence. From that answer HR will judge your worth.

Generally HR’s asks you a number of questions to check your communication skills, technical skills but the problem solving question is of major significance as it is a both psychological and skill testing question, from this answer they try to judge your attitude and compatibility.
