Happiness is a Choice, Not a result, nothing will make you happy until you choose to be happy. no person will make you happy unless you decide to be happy. your happiness will not come to you, it can only come from you

Every human wants to be happy. God has made us enjoy the nature which he has created.But often human tend to become sad in very simple matters, there are unlimited wants for human we could not satisfy all of them we should get satisfied with what we have achieved. Here there are 10 proven ways to happiness.

Make your own kind of mind, do things because you enjoy them rather than you need it:

Try new things every day but is true to yourself don’t force yourself for, enjoy the things that you do. Don’t pretend to enjoy if you do so, you won`t be happy

Your body matters. Boost your energy –physical and mental:

Have good sleep every day it will nourish you and makes the entire day happy. It is important to maintain the body fitness so daily do the exercise, but don’t do the exercise as forcefully enjoy it. Don’t not neglect the mental fitness, meditation yoga etc helps you make mentally fit.

Focus on the relationships that matter and start with the relationship that matters you most:

While building the relationship focus on one who is the center of your life like life-partner? Remember, you cannot change other but you can change yourself. For example- if your partner loves pets and you don’t adjust yourself to her/him and start loving them. Never lose your relationship with one who is center of your life

Aim higher Don`t afraid of fails and learns from failures:

We, spent much time of our life in working why don’t we enjoy it? Suppose if you are working in a job that you hate it and there is potential growth in it, make your mind that you love the job, though there is no potential growth but their professional advancement in self. Take everything positively this will help to lead the happily.

Maintain friendships You need to feed them with constant effort and attention:

Friendship tends to die if you’re not tending to them. You need remember their birthdays, important occasions, their favorites and avoid gossips on them. Give importance to their small winnings also.

Take fun seriously. Don’t be hurry enjoy the happiness that you get from the little things that you’re unplanned.

Studies prove that on who cultivate the spiritual nature live longer, healthier and better deal with the stress. Even if you are not religious you can able to cultivate spiritual nature. Consider keeping a gratitude journal, where you write down the things that make you happy.

Allocate time for what, your passionate for. For example, you are passionate about writing a book, allocate certain time every day to write a book or a novel.

Pursue mindfulness: Do not let your life pass quickly.Pay attention to what you are doing.You should pursue whatever seems interesting to you. Spend the money wisely, prefer display salads over the fast food as it will help you lead the longer life happily.Do not save the money for the future big event, that would never come. Purchase the things that will make you happy, don’t be a miser.
